Conditions of the Lifetime Warranty Coverage
  • Non-Transferable: Our warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser of the Faire & Fine item. Proof of purchase will be required for all warranty enquiries, which must be made by the original buyer.
  • Handcrafted Variations: As each piece is meticulously handcrafted, slight variations in design may occur, but these are not considered defects. If the damage is not determined to be a manufacturing fault, we will guide you on our repair services.
  • Service Requirement: To maintain your warranty, your jewellery must be serviced by Faire & Fine no less than once every two years. Regular inspections are highly recommended to prevent potential issues and ensure the longevity of your piece.
  • Craftsmanship Guarantee: We offer a lifetime warranty on all diamond engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine jewellery against defects in craftsmanship and materials. This covers issues such as loose prongs, broken clasps, or any structural flaws that affect the integrity of your piece.
  • Stone Security: Our warranty ensures the secure setting of diamonds and gemstones. If any setting issues arise due to normal wear, we will cover repairs or replacements.
Services Included in the Warranty
  • Prong Re-Tightening and Re-Tipping: If any prongs or settings become loose, which are not deemed to have been caused by damage, we will re-tighten or re-tip them to ensure the security of your stones.
  • Repairs and Adjustments: Should any component of your jewellery require repair or adjustment due to normal wear; our team will assess and restore it to maintain its excellent condition.
  • Complimentary Inspections and Cleaning: We offer free annual inspections and professional cleaning to preserve the quality and longevity of your jewellery, helping to prevent future issues.
Eligible Items
  • Jewellery and diamonds that have been properly cared for and not exposed to excessive force or harsh conditions.
  • Jewellery and diamonds that have been stored and worn according to our care guidelines.
  • Jewellery and diamonds purchased directly through our website or store.
Exclusions from the Warranty
  • Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discolouration that occur over time.
  • Lost Stones and Theft: Loss of stones or theft of jewellery is not covered under the warranty. We recommend insuring your piece with a reputable provider for additional protection.
  • Damage from Unauthorised Repairs: Any repairs, modifications, or work done by anyone other than Faire & Fine will void the warranty.
  • Accidental Damage and Misuse: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, such as exposure to harsh chemicals, heat, or any form of misuse beyond normal wear.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
  • Contact Us: If you encounter an issue covered by our warranty, please reach out to our Customer Service team at contact@faireandfine.com. Provide a description of the problem along with your order details, and we’ll assist you through the claim process.
  • Shipping Instructions: For repairs or inspections, please send your jewellery securely packaged and insured to our address. Shipping costs to and from Faire & Fine are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified.
Lifetime Upgrade Policy
  • Diamond Trade-Up: We offer a diamond trade-up policy for engagement rings and loose diamonds purchased from us. To upgrade, simply return your original diamond in good condition, and we’ll apply its value as credit toward a new diamond purchase. Contact us for full details on eligibility and terms.
Warranty for Resized or Modified Jewellery
  • Resizing or modifications made by Faire & Fine after purchase are fully covered under this warranty. However, any resizing or alterations performed by third-party jewellers will void the warranty.
International Warranty Claims
