Delivery
We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. For customers unable to collect their orders in person, we offer a reliable delivery service.
Delivery Service
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service), a tracked, insured, and signed-for service, ensuring proof of delivery.
Signature Requirement
Please ensure you (or someone at your specified address) are available to sign for your order upon delivery. If you are unavailable, we recommend making alternative arrangements.
Dispatch Confirmation
Before dispatch, a member of the Faire & Fine team will confirm your address and any additional delivery details.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including any import duties and taxes.
Insurance
All deliveries are fully insured against loss, damage, and theft during transit.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Faire & Fine is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from delayed delivery.
Ownership & Risk
Upon receiving your delivery, you assume full ownership of the item and the item is at your own risk. Faire & Fine is not responsible for loss, damage, or destruction once the item is in your possession. Please refer to our Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty for further insurance information.
Packaging
We ensure discreet packaging for security and privacy purposes. Packages are labelled 'Fragile' and 'Do Not Leave on Doorstep or with Neighbour', with no mention of 'jewellery’, 'Faire & Fine’, or 'Hatton Garden'.
Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our returns and refund policy is designed to offer you peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items priced below £20,000 (excluding VAT) that are not personalised or customised.
- Items must be returned within 45 days of delivery or collection.
Returns
We offer returns on eligible orders within 45 days of delivery or collection. Please note that after this 45-day period, returns will no longer be accepted, and refunds will not be issued. To ensure your item qualifies for a complimentary return, we encourage you to contact us before making your purchase, and we will be happy to provide guidance on eligibility.
How to Return Items
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email at contact@faireandfine.com. Our team will assist you with the return process and provide you with clear instructions.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and documentation. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a secure, tracked delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please note that return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault or other exceptions as specified.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or not as described.
