Faire & Fine provides a complimentary CAD (computer-aided design) service for custom purchases. Your design consultant will communicate your bespoke design to our CAD team, who will use cutting-edge industry software to create a visual representation of your idea. The design will be shared with you for approval before production begins. If necessary, you are entitled to one set of amendments at no additional cost if the initial design does not meet your satisfaction. Subsequent modifications will incur a charge of £250 per set. Production will commence once you approve the final design.

The crafting lead times may be extended due to a prolonged design process. While your design consultant will assist in keeping you on schedule and guide you through the process, any delays in providing feedback or approval may impact the order completion date.

If we are unable to create a design that meets your satisfaction, your payment will be refunded, with a deduction of £250 for the CAD design time, and the ring will not proceed to production.

Once items enter production, cancellations are not permitted. Full payment is required upon placing the initial order.

The prices presented on our website, in-store displays, or quotes provided to you incorporate the Value Added Tax (VAT). Due to modifications in the Retail Export Scheme at the beginning of 2021, customers are no longer eligible to seek a refund of the VAT applied to their jewellery upon departing the country.

Placing an order with Faire & Fine, whether through the website, over the telephone, or in person, implies your acknowledgment of and adherence to these terms and conditions. Faire & Fine retains the authority to decline any order.

Faire & Fine accepts payments through the following methods and has the discretion to reject payments that do not align with the specified list:

Faire & Fine does not have the infrastructure to provide payment plans. To proceed with your order, payment in full is required.

We reserve the right to decline orders for multiple items if it is evident that the intention is to select
among the items once crafted and return the rest. Since the majority of our orders are custom-made for you, involving significant time and skill, we are unable to support such a model if items are acquired with the knowledge of being returned before they are even made.

In instances where customers are unable to collect their orders in person, we offer a delivery service. Orders are dispatched through Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service), a tracked, insured, and signed-for service providing proof of delivery. It is imperative that you (or someone at your specified address) are available to sign for the delivery. Therefore, it is crucial to be present or make alternative arrangements. Before dispatching any item, a member of the Faire & Fine team will confirm the address and any additional details.

Please note that all international postage costs, including import duties, must be covered by the customer.

Deliveries are fully insured against losses, damages, and theft during transit.

While we strive to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may potentially cause delays. Faire & Fine does not guarantee the delivery date and disclaims any liability for losses, damages, expenses, or other claims resulting from delayed delivery.

Upon receiving your delivery, you assume sole ownership of the item, and the item is held at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or destruction once the item is in your possession. Please refer to our Insurance advice outlined in our Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty.

Our delivery packaging is discreet, avoiding any mention of 'jewellery,' Faire & Fine' or 'Hatton Garden' for security and discretion purposes. Each package is labelled 'Fragile' and 'Do Not Leave on Doorstep or with Neighbour.'

We accept returns eligible for a full refund when returned within 30 days of delivery/collection. This return policy is limited to:

a) Items with diamonds priced below £20,000 excluding VAT.

b) Items that have not been personalised or customised from their original state as displayed on the website.

Our complimentary returns policy is available for 30 days from the completion of the order. Beyond this period, you will no longer qualify for a refund.

Faire & Fine will notify you once your order is ready for collection. If, after 30 days, you have not arranged a collection date with us, we will assume the item is no longer desired and add it to our inventory. Payments will not be refunded for uncollected items.

We are happy to retain your item for a maximum of three months from the completion date, provided you confirm a collection date with us. To facilitate the holding of your items in trust, we recommend scheduling an appointment to inspect the finished jewellery, as our 30-day return policy would have expired by then.

In the course of its operations, Faire & Fine is required to collect and utilise specific information about individuals. This may encompass details about you, your partner, contact information, email addresses, birthdays, and anniversaries. Such information is strictly for internal use and is not disclosed beyond the confines of the business.

Various individuals, including clients, suppliers, other business associates, employees, and prospective employees, as well as those with whom we have established a relationship, may need to establish contact for various purposes.
